Loyalty Programme Rules

About the Loyalty Programme

The Mon Perin Honors Club Loyalty Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”) is organised and managed by Mon Perin d.d., Trg La Musa 2, Bale, Croatia, OIB: 06374155285 (hereinafter referred to as Mon Perin). The objective of the Programme is to acknowledge and reward the loyalty of Mon Perin guests by offering them exclusive benefits, enhanced services, and a memorable experience. The Programme does not constitute a prize competition; rather, each member who satisfies the prescribed conditions is entitled to the specified rewards and benefits.

By joining the Loyalty Programme, each member confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted the terms and conditions set forth herein. Members of the Programme are required to act responsibly and in full compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules.

Membership Terms and Conditions and Enrolment

Any individual aged 18 or older may become a member of the Programme. Membership is free of charge and entirely voluntary.

Membership may be obtained in any of the following ways:

  1. By making an online reservation via the official Mon Perin website
  2. By completing the registration form available on the company’s official website
  3. Through a booking centre agent
  4. Directly at the reception desk of the facility

Upon enrolment, users must provide accurate and complete personal details, including full name, date of birth, contact telephone number, and email address.

Each member is solely responsible for notifying Mon Perin of any changes to their personal data submitted during registration. Mon Perin shall not be held liable for any failure to utilise any Programme benefits resulting from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information.

The membership process shall be deemed complete upon the member’s confirmation of their membership using the verification code received by email following submission of the registration form.

User Account

Each member shall be assigned a unique user account. The user account is accessed by logging in through the official Mon Perin website. Upon first login, members are required to set a personal password. In the event of a forgotten password, members may initiate a reset process by selecting the “Forgot your password?” option and following the instructions provided.

The user account shall display the following information:

  • Member profile with personal data, which may be updated at any time;
  • Accrued rights and benefits under the Programme;
  • Active reservations.

The user account does not function as a payment method and may only be used by the member whose membership is linked to that account. Members may not authorise third parties to access or use their account or the associated Programme benefits, nor may such benefits be transferred to another person.

Members are fully responsible for all actions taken through their user account. Mon Perin reserves the right to deactivate a user account if it is determined that the member has breached these Rules, which may result in the forfeiture of any unredeemed benefits.

The company shall bear no liability for any unauthorised use of benefits resulting from compromised user accounts.

Members may submit a request for retrospective recognition of benefits if they believe that certain entitlements have not been duly granted in accordance with these Rules. Such requests must be submitted to the following email address: [email protected].

Mon Perin shall review and respond to such requests in writing. In addition to the member’s personal details necessary for identification, the request must include the relevant booking number associated with the accommodation in question.

Membership levels

The Programme comprises a single membership tier. All registered members are entitled to the following benefits:

A discount of up to 10% on accommodation bookings;
A discount of up to 10% on services provided by the Wellness&Spa Centre;
Access to exclusive programmes and offers tailored specifically for Programme members, which shall be communicated via email when such offers are active;
Early check-in and late check-out privileges, subject to availability
A 5% discount granted upon successful referral of accommodation to friends or family members who have never stayed at Mon Perin before
An additional 5% discount on rainy days. If it rains for more than 8 hours in a single day between 08:00 AM and 07:00 PM, Programme members receive a 5% discount on accommodation for that day.
Data Privacy

The protection and processing of personal data collected by Mon Perin from members of the Loyalty Programme shall be governed by Mon Perin’s Privacy Policy, which is available at the following link.

Termination of Membership

A member may terminate their membership in the Programme at any time by submitting a cancellation request via the online member interface, by sending a written notice via email to [email protected], by calling +385 52 894 0021 or by sending a registered letter to Mon Perin d.d., trg La Musa 2, 52211 Bale.

Membership shall be deemed terminated upon receipt of the relevant termination notice. Upon termination, all rights and benefits accrued under the Programme shall be forfeited with immediate effect. In the event of a member’s death, any rights and benefits acquired under the Programme shall not be transferrable to any third party. Such benefits shall be automatically revoked, and the deceased member’s personal data shall be deleted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Final Provisions

The company shall not be held liable for any material or non-material damage resulting from the use of the Programme’s rights and benefits under the following circumstances:

  1. Negligence on the part of the member, preventing proper utilisation of Programme benefits;
  2. System errors;
  3. Events constituting force majeure;
  4. Inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the member.

Any dispute arising between Mon Perin and a member of the Programme shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes related to the terms and conditions of these Rules shall first of all be resolved amicably. Should an amicable resolution not be possible, the matter shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction at the location of Mon Perin’s registered office.

Loyalty Programme Notices

Mon Perin reserves the right to modify the conditions of participation in the Loyalty Programme and to amend these Rules at any time. In making such changes, Mon Perin shall give due consideration to the interests of Programme members. Any amendments to these Rules shall be published on the Company’s official website.

Mon Perin further reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Programme and/or to replace it with an alternative rewards scheme at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification. Mon Perin shall make reasonable efforts to inform members of any such modifications or termination of the Programme in a timely manner. However, Mon Perin shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by members as a consequence of such changes.

The termination or modification of the Programme shall not give rise to any right on the part of members to claim compensation or any other form of indemnity.

These Rules shall take effect on the date of their adoption.
