A valid credit card is required as a reservation guarantee.
The Company reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card prior to arrival. In the event of an unsuccessful pre-authorisation, the reservation may be cancelled with prior notice.
Guests without a credit card are required to pay 30% of the total reservation amount. The payment must be made no later than four (4) days following the day the reservation is created; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Pitch reservations are made exclusively according to the selected pitch type (Luxury Mare, Premium Mare, Premium Jacuzzi, Mega Comfort, Premium, Comfort Plus or Comfort).
The fee for reserving a specific pitch type amounts to 20.00 €. The pitch number is assigned on the day of arrival.
A fee of 60.00 € applies for reserving a specific pitch number, which guarantees allocation of the selected pitch. The campsite reserves the right to close reservations for specific pitch numbers at any time.
Reservations for a specific pitch number can only be made via the reservation centre by email at info@monperin.hr.
In the event of reservation cancellation, fees paid for a pitch type or a specific pitch number are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation for LUXURY MARE, PREMIUM MARE and PREMIUM JACUZZI pitches, a deposit of 100.00 € is required. For PREMIUM, MEGA COMFORT, COMFORT and COMFORT PLUS pitches, a deposit of EUR 50.00 € is required.
The paid deposit will be deducted from the final accommodation invoice at the campsite.
The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to the first day of the reservation.

The reservation number must be stated as payment reference.
Guests are required to send a copy of the payment confirmation by email.
The accommodation price includes one accommodation unit (camper, caravan or tent) and one vehicle (passenger car or motorcycle).
Camping Club membership cards entitling guests to discounts must be presented at reception upon arrival; otherwise, the discount cannot be granted retroactively.
For uninterrupted stays of at least 30 days, an additional 5% discount on the accommodation price is granted. The discount is applied directly at reception.
On the day of arrival, pitches are available from 13:00 to 22:00.
On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated no later than 12:00.
Failure to comply with the stated times will result in an additional night being charged at the rate of an “unoccupied pitch”, in accordance with the valid reception price list.
Reservations are held until 22:00 on the day of arrival. After this time, the campsite reserves the right to resell the pitch.
In case of delay, guests are requested to notify the campsite by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. If notice is provided, the reserved pitch will be held until arrival, and the full reservation amount will be charged.
In the event of early departure prior to the reserved departure date, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Pitch reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to seven (7) days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 6–2 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made 1–0 days before arrival, as well as no-shows, are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value.
If payment cannot be processed, the guest will be notified accordingly. The Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation if a new valid credit card is not provided within 48 hours.
Payments on site can be made by:
Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and American Express.
The credit card will be charged in the currency stated on the Offer/Proforma Invoice and the issued Invoice.
All card payments are processed in euros (EUR). The charged amount may be converted by the cardholder’s bank into the account currency according to its exchange rates and applicable fees. As a result, the amount shown on the card statement may differ from the amount stated in euros (EUR) on the invoice issued by Mon Perin d.d. Mon Perin d.d. assumes no responsibility for differences resulting from currency conversion or additional fees applied by banks or card issuers.
Personal data and credit card details are fully protected. Data transfer takes place via a secure server.
Reservations are not accepted from persons under 18 years of age. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to refuse processing the reservation request without providing a reason.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify a reservation in the event of misuse of the reservation system or if the reservation was made in error by the user.
Credit card details are used as a reservation guarantee. Invalid credit cards may result in reservation cancellation.
In accordance with the cancellation policy, the total reservation amount may be pre-authorised on the provided credit card but will not be charged. In the event of unsuccessful pre-authorisation, the reservation may be cancelled with prior notice.

Guests’ personal data and credit card information are fully protected. All data is transmitted via a secure server connection.
Credit card guarantee allows guests to change or cancel their reservation free of charge in accordance with the terms of the selected cancellation policy. For cancellations made outside the specified period, a fee will apply based on the chosen policy, accommodation type, and length of stay, as also indicated in the reservation confirmation.
Guests without a credit card are required to pay a guarantee deposit of 30% of the reservation amount. The remaining 70% must be paid prior to arrival.
The guarantee deposit must be paid no later than four (4) days following the day the reservation is made; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Special payment and cancellation conditions apply for reservations of five (5) or more accommodation units.
One parking space per accommodation unit is included in the price. Each additional vehicle is charged according to the official reception price list.
The cleaning fee is included in the accommodation price.
Pets are allowed in all types of camping homes and villas. A maximum of two pets is permitted in camping homes and villas. In luxury glamping villas, a maximum of one pet is allowed. Pet stays are charged according to the current campsite price list.
On the day of arrival, accommodation units are available from 15:00 to 23:00.
On the day of departure, accommodation units must be vacated no later than 10:00.
Failure to comply with the stated time will result in an additional night being charged in accordance with the official reception price list.
On the day of departure, the accommodation unit must be returned clean and tidy, with all inventory intact and without items not belonging to the unit.
We hold reservations until 11:00 PM on the day of arrival. After this time, we reserve the right to resell the accommodation unit.
In the event of a delay, guests are kindly requested to inform us no later than 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival. If you notify us of your delay, we will keep the reserved accommodation unit until your arrival. In such cases, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In the event of early departure in relation to the reserved period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
The cancellation terms are available on the accommodation page and are stated individually for each unit. The cancellation conditions are also printed on the reservation confirmation.

Statement on the Use of the WS-Pay System
Mon Perin d.d. uses Monri WSPay for online payments.
Monri is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. Monri provides both customers and merchants with secure data entry and transmission of card information, as confirmed by its PCI DSS certification. Monri uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol, representing the highest level of protection for data entry and transmission.
