The indoor and outdoor pools at the Wellness Centre are filled with high-quality seawater, sourced from the pristine San Polo zone and heated throughout the year for your comfort. The indoor pool features hydromassage jets and cascading waterfalls to enhance your wellness journey. Outdoors, soak in the warmth while enjoying panoramic views of nature — an especially magical experience on cooler days, as you breathe in crisp sea air from the comfort of the warm water.

Well-known for their powerful detoxifying and relaxing effects, saunas are an essential part of the wellness journey. At Saltwater Oasis, you can enjoy the full benefits of Turkish, Finnish, and infrared saunas, along with a refreshing tropical rain-effect shower.
FINNISH SAUNA
The Finnish sauna is perfect for those seeking deep detoxification and immune system support. With temperatures between 80–100°C and low humidity, the wooden interior creates a soothing, natural atmosphere. Recommended session: up to 15 minutes.
TURKISH SAUNA
The Turkish sauna is ideal for deep relaxation and skin purification. This steam-rich experience offers temperatures between 40–60°C and high humidity. Recommended session: 10–15 minutes.
INFRARED SAUNA
The infrared sauna emits gentle waves that warm the body from within, targeting muscles and joints to ease tension. It is an ideal option for relieving aches and pains, especially for those sensitive to elevated temperatures.
TROPICAL RAIN EFFECT SHOWER

Salt Room
The salt room is a calming space where the walls and ceiling are coated in natural salt, gently releasing fine salt particles into the air. Known for its deeply relaxing atmosphere, it may also support respiratory health—helpful for conditions like asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, and allergies—as well as skin issues such as eczema and psoriasis.
Sessions typically last 30 to 45 minutes, giving you time to unwind to soft music or read beneath a ceiling designed to mimic a starry night—perfect for deep relaxation.
Relaxation Room
The Relaxation Room is an exclusive area with comfortable loungers, perfect for unwinding after a sauna or spa treatment. Simply close your eyes and let go.
Designed for peaceful enjoyment, this serene space invites you to sip refreshing water while taking in calming views of the indoor pool and the surrounding nature.
Sunbathing area
Set beside the outdoor pool, the sunbathing area features comfortable loungers and sweeping views of the unspoiled natural surroundings. It is the perfect place to cool down after a swim, refresh after a sauna session, or simply soak up the sun.

Stay active even while on holiday. Our fitness room is equipped with a range of exercise machines and free weights, offering the perfect space for a focused workout in a calm and private setting. For extra motivation or guidance, expert trainers are available for individual or semi-private sessions (available with prior booking).
