About Mon Perin

In 2019, Mon Perin transitioned from a limited liability company (d.o.o.) to a joint-stock company. By 2022, we proudly listed our shares on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, gaining the trust of over 1,000 shareholders, including residents of Bale and friends of Bale.

Our primary focus is on delivering exceptional accommodation services within the holiday tourism sector. Our portfolio features three properties: Camping Resort Mon Perin, holiday villas Design Villa Noble with Spa and Luxury Town House Corto Bechera located in Bale.

With a total capacity of 2,800, our accommodations include 500 pitches, 211 mobile homes, 36 luxury glamping villas, and 2 luxury villas in Bale. This diverse offering allows us to cater to various guest segments, from families with children to travellers in search of unique experiences and a high level of service in an authentic Istrian setting.

At Mon Perin, we aim to be recognized as a company that sets new standards in camping tourism and drives change by continuously investing in the improvement of accommodation units, expanding, and enhancing the campsite’s offerings, and focusing on innovation. Innovation is one of Mon Perin’s core values. Our efforts in pioneering innovation have been recognized with two awards for the most innovative campsite in Croatia: first in 2019, for creating the innovative concept of the educational-recreational facility 'Paleo Water Park' and again, in 2024, for establishing the first wellness & spa centre within a campsite in Croatia.

Our long-term strategy is focused on developing year-round operations for the Camping Resort, ensuring sustainable growth, increasing permanent employment opportunities, and continuously enhancing service quality.
