Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board represents the Company in relation to the Management Board, grants approval for management decisions when required by law or the company's articles of association, adopts its rules of procedure if deemed necessary, amends and supplements the provisions of the articles of association based on the decision of the General Assembly to the extent that such changes are editorial in nature, and performs other tasks explicitly assigned to it by law or the company's articles of association.
