Mon Perin d.d.
Mon Perin was founded as a limited liability company initiated by more than 700 members, with a unique management model emphasizing sustainability and local community development. The idea behind its establishment was to enhance the beauty of the local area. Through Mon Perin, the residents of Bale and friends of the town were given the opportunity to turn their hopes into reality –rediscovering, appreciating, and developing the potential of their small town.

During difficult times, when the population of the Municipality of Bale-Valle was in decline and the coastline lay abandoned, the residents and friends of Bale united with a shared vision of creating a brighter future for their region. Their mission focused on providing support, particularly through youth empowerment and ensuring employment opportunities for the local community.
Mon Perin is
Everyone who stays at Mon Perin contributes to the well-being of Bale’s residents. Approximately 20% of Mon Perin's revenue is allocated to the Municipality of Bale's budget, supporting a range of free services, including daycare and school meals, subsidies for newborn allowances, the Bale Pensioners' association, as well as cultural and entertainment events in the municipality. Additionally, these funds help provide scholarships for pupils and students and organize free transport by a tourist train from Bale to the campsite.

From the very beginning, sustainability has been a cornerstones of the company’s business operations. This commitment is reflected in investing in the community, employing the local population, promoting youth education, investing in agricultural resources, and protecting the environment. The past has shaped our values and taught us what truly matters. We treasure the present, believe and invest in the future.
